On September 16, 2020, we announced changes to Fusion 360 for personal use. The changes will go into effect on October 1, 2020.
First, we want to make it clear - Fusion 360 for personal use is not going away - it will still be free for anyone working on non-commercial hobby projects. Users will still be able to use Fusion 360 as an end-to-end solution, from exploring design concepts to rendering, to 3D printing and CNC machining. Collaborative features and more advanced capabilities like simulation, generative design, multi-axis milling, and probing will be available in the paid subscription.
