As Autodesk continues to keep close watch on the impact COVID-19 is having on our industry, we’re mindful of the challenges our customers are facing to keep their employees safe, connected and productive – and their businesses up and running – during this challenging time. This week, we deployed several new programs and resources intended to help customers better meet these challenges. Extended Access Program for Cloud Collaboration Products One of the biggest obstacles our customers face involves adapting to an environment in which more teams and more people are working remotely or from home, creating an increased need to collaborate and stay connected. To help address this challenge, we’ve launched a new Extended Access Program for several of our flagship cloud collaboration products. Customers can now get free, temporary access to BIM 360 Docs, BIM 360 Design, Fusion 360, Fusion Team, AutoCAD Web, AutoCAD Mobile, and Shotgun – all for commercial use. This program is available to both new customers, as well as existing customers who need to quickly expand use of these products to accommodate teams working remotely. Customers can take advantage of the Extended Access Program until May 31, 2020. And we will continue to evaluate a potential expansion of this program as the needs of our customers warrant. To learn more about the Extended Access Program, get additional details on individual product programs, and find links to sign up, please visit our Extended Access Program page. Service Levels & Capacity Currently, the impact of COVID-19 is not adversely affecting our customer support & service levels, our service & system uptime, or our global R&D efforts. We are continuing to actively monitor the performance of our services and increasing server capacity to accommodate increased use and project hosting. COVID-19 Resource Center We recently created the COVID-19 Autodesk Resource Center – a central hub for a number of valuable customer resources including recommendations on how to get the most out of Autodesk software, useful information for getting started and remaining productive while working remotely, advice from experts across our community, and more. We encourage you to bookmark this Resource Center, as we will continue to update it with new resources and updates as they become available. Autodesk – and our more than 10,000 global employees – remain committed to supporting our customers as we navigate the challenges brought about by COVID-19. We wish you well. We’re here to help.
