Uzyskaliśmy informacje o pojawieniu się programu wykorzystującego luki, który może doprowadzić do uszkodzenia instalacji oprogramowania Autodesk® 3ds Max® i plików scen 3ds Max. Zalecamy, aby wszyscy klienci, którzy mają dostęp do oprogramowania 3ds Max od wersji 2015SP1 do 2021, w tym licencji edukacyjnych 3ds Max, 3ds Max Indie oraz wersji testowych 3ds Max, zapobiegawczo pobrali i zainstalowali aplikację 3ds Max Security Tools, która pozwoli wykryć i rozwiązać potencjalne problemy spowodowane złośliwym kodem.

Zalecamy pobranie i zainstalowanie aplikacji Security Tools do oprogramowania 3ds Max:

  • Przejdź do sklepu Autodesk App Store i pobierz aplikację Security Tools for Autodesk® 3ds Max® 2021-2015SP1.
  • Kliknij dwukrotnie, aby uruchomić plik Autodesk 3ds Max Security Tools MSI.
  • Wybierz opcję Zainstaluj teraz.
  • Aby automatyczne wykrywanie i usuwanie znanych programów wykorzystujących luki było możliwe, aplikacja Security Tools do oprogramowania 3ds Max musi być włączona. Jest ona włączona domyślnie.

Hello Everyone! 

 

We have created a new Community site, the Autodesk Technology Manager Community, specifically for those of you who are Technology Managers! We want to try and help you and your business, when it comes to all things Subscription, Account and Installation/Licensing related. This new landing page contains both customer and Autodesk created content that will be updated with the newest information. Alongside this landing page, we have rebranded the old CAD Manager Forum to be the Autodesk Technology Manager Forum, where CAD/BIM/IT Managers can share tips/tricks, best practices and thoughts with one another.

 

We really hope that these additional resources are useful and engaging, where you come and share content and spend some time creating a network with others just like you. Produkty Autodesk- dostęp do 5 wersji wstecz

W związku z otrzymaniem wielu sygnałów ze strony klientów dotyczących wersji produktów, Autodesk postanowił, iż począwszy od 2 listopada 2020 r., rozszerzy dostęp do poprzednich wersji swoich produktów dla wszystkich klientów korzystających z subskrypcji oraz maintenance plan aby objąć je nie tylko najnowszą wersją ale również 5 wstecz.*

• BEZ ZMIAN: Klienci nadal mają dostęp do najnowszej wersji swojego produktu i do trzech poprzednich wersji poprzez swoje konto w Autodesk.
• NOWOŚĆ:    Użytkownicy mogą zażądać pobrania starszych dostępnych wersji za pośrednictwem programu Autodesk Virtual Agent (AVA).  
• NOWOŚĆ:    Klienci którzy skorzystają z oferty trade-in dla subskrypcji multi-user lub maintenance plan będą teraz mogli uzyskać dostęp do maksymalnie 5 poprzednich wersji zawartych w nowej subskrypcji single-user.

Ta zmiana ułatwi zespołom współpracę w ramach projektu (np.  w przypadku projektów trwających dłużej niż 3 lata). 

 

How do I access previous versions of my product?  

You can access the latest version of your product and up to three versions back within Autodesk Account. This video shows you how.  To access up to 5 previous versions (in most cases), contact the Autodesk Virtual Agent (AVA). 


If I am trading in my multi-user subscription or maintenance plan to transition to a named user subscription, what previous version access will I get?  

All Autodesk customers now get access to up to 5 previous versions, including customers who are trading in their multi-user subscription or maintenance plan for a named user subscription. After trading in, you will be able to access up to 5 versions back from the latest release of your product.  For example, if you’re trading in Revit on a network maintenance plan, your new named user subscription will now include Revit 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, and 2016. After trading in, contact AVA to see which downloads you can access.

Autodesk Inventor Offering and Packaging Simplification

We have been working to simplify the product packaging for Inventor software as we focus on collections. Our future offering will focus on the top tier of Inventor, currently known as Inventor Professional. This is our most widely used Inventor product and remains available as both a standalone offering and as part of the Product Design and Manufacturing Collection.

To help drive focus, we are retiring the lower tiers of Inventor known as Inventor Standard and Inventor LT. As of November 7, 2020, Inventor LT and Inventor LT Suite will no longer be available for new subscription purchases globally. As of May 7, 2021, Inventor Standard, Inventor LT, and Inventor LT Suite will no longer have the option to renew maintenance or subscription.

Read the FAQ to find out what this means for your customers. There will be additional assets coming on the week of October 19 that you can leverage for customer engagement and discussions.
